The D Majors Combined Choirs Concert

The D Majors invites you to join us and three of our favourite choirs, the Callaghan Singers, Brainwaves and Ukestral Voices Choir for an afternoon celebrating Music, Fun and Friendship.
Come along to this free event to experience a joyful afternoon of song featuring Terence Koo on piano and led by choir directors Lauren O’Brien, Paula Machin, Phyl Danvers and Jane Jelbart.
This is a non-ticketed event. Donations of $5 to cover concert costs at the door are welcome.
The D Majors is a choir for women who have experienced cancer, or who are caring for loved ones with cancer. Their underpinning credo is Music, Fun and Friendship and they regularly perform throughout the year in Newcastle and the Hunter. The D Majors on facebook
BrainWaves is a choir for people who have survived a stroke and their partners or carers. It was started as an initiative of Hunter New England Health’s Community Stroke Team. The BrainWaves on facebook.
The Callaghan Singers is a group of enthusiastic singers of all ages from the community. They provide a fun and social environment in which people can develop their singing, harmonisation and musical skills. The Callaghan Singers on facebook.
